This black bat fabric has a sheer background with velvet embossed bats. (So the bats are alittle fuzzy.) It's not a great image sorry, it's scanned and the shadows you see in the background is other bats on another layer. I tried to scan a single layer but that didn't workout too well because it crinkles too much under the scanner cover. It's such a beautiful fabric...this pic doesn't do it justice.
