This garter has three different kinds of black feathers. No crows were harmed in making this garter :o) There's a satin bow in the center. The casing is 5/8" satin ribbon and the lace is 2" wide. I use thick black roll resistant elastic so the back of the garter is black all the way through. I've gone to wedding shops and other shops that carry garters and it seems that the size is standard 11" unstretched and 22" stretched out. So that'll be the standard for this garter unless specified when ordering.
